This year we are swapping out our summer make up for our winter makeup ‘must-haves’, and giving you an insight into what they are. Even though you might want to snuggle up on your couch with a blanket and a warm cup of tea, we do suggest these stunning products for the days and nights where you want to bring out the LBD and dress up (we know you want to). Winter is here and with these products you are ready, as never before.
1. NARS ‘Sarah Moon Isadora’ Blush – When the sky is dark during the day its always nice to have a pop of color in the cheeks to warm things up. This blush is such a lovely subtle color that still keeps you looking glowy and healthy. The rosy pink glow is so nice with a light layer of foundation underneath to keep things subtle, great for a no make up make up look.
2. Bobbi Brown Wine Eye Palette – A great eye palette is always a must to have during the Christmas season and we think this one is great with its mixture of mattes and shines. Packed with 3 mattes and 3 shines, we love it for multiple reasons. A soft nice crease shade in the day, moving into the deep burgundy and black in the evening to smoke things up. A great inner corner highlight to brighten up the inner corner and 2 very intense shadows to deepen the lash line. Top tip: wet the brush and dab into the black shade to make it a liner. It’s a winner in our eyes.
3. Bobbi Brown Long-wear Liquid Liner ‘Night Sky Sparkle’ – When it comes to Christmas parties this bad boy is great to add some sparkle to the eye. Packed with small glitter particles in an array of colors to choose from. We like it best used on top of a gel liner to have an intense black line with a hint of glitter on top. Pair it with a red lip and you are ready to hit the party scene.
4. Burberry My Burberry Perfume – As well as having make up, why not have a winter scent. We have chosen My Burberry as our top fragrance. A warm lovely scent that looks stunning on the dressing table. Be prepared for compliments as we think it smells amazing. The gorgeous bottle can be engraved just for you and has a gorgeous tortoise shell lid.
